Vyas Gufa
Vyas gufa is located in Mana village which is at a distance of 3 kms from Badrinath dham. The rock cave is believed to be the place where saint Vyas wrote Mahabharata and classified the Hindu Vedas into 4 parts. The cave is just besides a shop by the name called India’s last tea shop. The holy cave is 5323 years old.
Mana village has always been linked with Mahabharata and in particular to the story of pandavas on their way to Swargarohini peak, the only place on earth from where the human can go to heaven with its body.
