There are two ways of reaching tiger fall from Chakrata
1. By vehicle – 19 kms motor able and 1 km on foot.
2. On foot (trekking) – 6 kms

Tiger fall

Tiger fall is situated at a distance of 19 kms from Chakrata on Chakrata – Lakhamandal motor able road. Tiger fall is one of the highest waterfall in uttarakhand. It creates a beautiful water pond in which tourist like to bath and relax. During the months of monsoon it is not possible to bath under the fall as the true characteristics of the fall is revealed and loud sound of the fall can be heard from distance. The mist that it creates during this time (monsoon) makes it difficult for tourist to go near the fall. The road from Chakrata to tiger fall is under construction (at present) and therefore one must prepare itself for some rough patches. The surrounding landscape is excellent which adds more punch to the place.
